1. About these terms

By using UmrahApps you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. We may update these terms and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page.

2. What UmrahApps does

UmrahApps helps pilgrims research and compare hotels near the Holy Mosques, plan their journey with guides and tools, and find verified charities and partners. We are a discovery and information platform.

Hotel bookings are completed with the hotel or our booking partner, on their own terms and cancellation policy. The contract for a stay is between you and the property.

3. Prices and availability

Prices shown are indicative nightly rates for two guests before taxes, provided by our partners and refreshed regularly. The final price, availability and cancellation terms are always those shown at checkout on the partner's site. We do not guarantee that a rate remains available.

4. Prayer times, Qibla and calendar tools

Prayer times are calculated using established astronomical methods and the coordinates you provide. They are a guide and may differ by a few minutes from your local mosque. Always confirm with the mosque you attend, particularly when a prayer is close to its end time.

5. Content and accuracy

Our guides are prepared from official Saudi guidance and reviewed periodically. Visa rules, permits and health requirements change; the official Nusuk portal and your embassy are always the authoritative source.

6. Charity listings

We list organisations that provide public information about their work. Donations are made on the charity's own website and are not processed by UmrahApps. We do not take commission on donations.

7. Advertising and partnerships

Paid placements are labelled as sponsored or verified sponsors and are subject to halal compliance review. We may refuse or remove any campaign that conflicts with these ethics.

8. Intellectual property

The UmrahApps name, design and editorial content belong to us. Hotel names, photographs and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may not copy the platform for commercial use without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

We work to keep information accurate but cannot guarantee that every listing, price or prayer time is free of error. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from third-party bookings, travel disruption or reliance on the information shown on the platform.
